Rules and Regulations
Cedar Cove RV Resort Park Rules and Regulations:
- Check-in time starts at 2 PM, and check-out time ends at 11 AM. Pay all rent in advance. You will not receive refunds for early departures. Notify the office if you plan to extend your stay.
- Park only in designated spaces. Do not park in unoccupied spaces, on the grass, or anywhere other than your assigned space.
- Maintain a speed limit of 5 MPH and watch for children, pedestrians, and their pets. Golf carts must also follow the 5 MPH speed limit. Children cannot drive golf carts or any other motorized vehicles.
- Observe quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Respect your neighbor’s privacy and property.
- Keep picnic tables at each pad site. Avoid moving the picnic table from your pad site area.
- Guests 16 years and older must carry a valid fishing license to fish. Adhere to bag limits.
- Anchor boats in the cove for no more than two days, and do so at your own risk.
- Avoid bringing FEMA trailers. Ensure all trailers have valid tags and meet the park’s standards for good working order and appearance. Email a picture of your rig (all four sides) for approval if you have doubts. As a general rule, send a picture if your RV is more than 10 years old.
- Accompany children at the beach or bay at all times.
- Dispose of all trash in the designated receptacles around the park.
- Pick up and properly dispose of all pet waste immediately.
A complete set of rules and regulations will be provided to guests upon check-in or upon request.
